Couples Counselling in Kelowna
for Relationships that
Feel Stuck, Disconnected,
or Overwhelming
Reconnect. Rebuild trust.
Learn to understand each other again.

Relationships can become difficult when old wounds, life transitions, stress, trauma, or differences in how partners communicate begin creating distance.
I help couples understand the patterns beneath their conflicts and build a more secure, compassionate connection using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
Serving couples navigating:
-
Communication struggles and recurring conflict
-
Emotional disconnection and loneliness
-
Trust issues and betrayal recovery
-
Life transitions such as retirement, aging, and changing roles
-
Neurodiverse relationships, including ADHD and autistic couples

This Website Contains General Information and Opinions
This information and opinions are not equal to getting professional assistance with your mental health struggles. If Eleanor is not your therapist, she is not your therapist. And while we're at it, the stuff in the blog, etc. is general information so even if she is your therapist, the information might not apply. But it is something cool to talk about.
Services
You might wish to meet in person, online or join a group.

In-Person Sessions
For many people, in-person is the gold standard. There is just something about being in the same space with someone who is there for you that helps our nervous systems relax enough for us to accomplish a lot.

Online Sessions
For some folks, whether because of distance, anxiety or neurodivergence an in-person session is not suitable. About 1/3 of Eleanor's clients meet with her online.

Groups
Currently, through Society for Learning in Retirement, Eleanor will be doing three in-person Grief Movement Sessions. The cost per session is $10 and is offered through SLR in Kelowna. Registration is required.
